Acceptance of Terms

You are engaging in such Terms and Conditions through contracting our Services. We are free to make amendments or correct them by our own initiative and without prior notice, and Brisbanecleaningbond will publish all the amendments on its site. This ensures that the customers visit this page regularly in order to update themselves.

Interpretation

  • Customer / You- any individual or any organisation that buys the Services of the Company.

  • We/ Us/ Company- the company where the service is going to be offered or approved contractors, on behalf of the company.

  • Service / Services- any act, or package as envisaged by the Customer.

  • Subcontractors Contract cleaner/Cleaners- workers.

  • Heavy Soiled- there is too much dirt or dust, or grime, there like there is not at home.

  • Managing Agent- an agent whose management is in charge of the management of tenancies.

  • Premises- property requires cleaning.

  • Vacate Standards- cleanliness in the requirements of the Managing Agent in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008.

  • Reasonable endeavours- best efforts that are used in the given existing circumstances.

General Provisions

The Terms will remind the provisions of all the agreements between the Customer and the Company, and in the event of other disagreements or agreements.

Conduct and Behaviour

Our will would be to be respectful to our employees. No harassment, threat, intimidation, offensive words, racism or defamatory words. Should this happen, then we shall have the freedom to cancel Services without any refunds of money, and we shall be in a position to sue.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Pricing and Quotes

  • The prices will be based on the average size of the estate and the average standards.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation made regularly on a reservation: an administration charge of $50.

  • Less than 72 hours to the cancellation date of the job: a 100 fee is charged.

  • It will receive a fine of 200 within a span that will not exceed 24 hours.

  • Cancellation charges will also be charged due to safety reasons, risky weather or access.

  • We can re-book or cancel the booking in case the condition of the property is not as stated, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

  • Unless it is written otherwise, it will be fully paid in advance before any commencement.

  • It will be retained with good credit card information. Minimum $50 deposit applies.

  • Bank transfers will be required so as to remit the money. Granting of grants within three days of business.

  • The balances that will be remitted in a month will include 250 and 5 per cent of the value of the invoice per month.

  • The Customer will have to bear additional recuperation expenses, such as legal expenses.

  • The chargeback payments or dishonoured are billed at 25 per cent and interest. There are recovery agents who are contracted in case of necessity.

  • The payment of a work order should be under a charge in an agency order or a government order.

Claims and Complaints

  • The cases of damage or bad performance are to be registered within 24 hrs after the case is completed.

  • Customers have to permit inspection before the third parties are involved.

  • Liquidity will not be subject to old fixtures which are not maintained or lowly broken.

  • The lost bond or rent are the indirect losses which are not covered. We also respond to complaints made to us via email.

  • And data, pictures to show it and what is desired.

  • The solutions will be identified and applied according to time, and the result of quality improvement will be recorded. They can also submit their complaints to the assigned consumer protection authority in case of any unresolved problems with the parties.
